$5 from every order of this special edition print goes to my chosen WA charity Tiny Sparks.
I have designed this print in honour of all NICU babies. The tiniest of warriors. But why an elephant? In almost every belief, the elephant represents just a few of the below:
Courage, Good luck, Protection, Strength
An elephant with a raised trunk is said to symbolise good fortune.
The tree sapling in its trunk represents new life and growth. It starts out from the smallest of seeds but grows tall and strong.
The purple butterfly? This is an optional addition. In the NICU wards when a purple butterfly is placed on a crib it means that baby is the surviving twin, their sibling has passed. I wanted to have an option to acknowledge that loss, to include their twin in the print.
Because this print is so special, every order will receive a card explaining its meaning, making it the perfect thoughtful gift for a NICU baby!
Exclusively designed, printed and sewn in Australia.
Colours will vary slightly due to screen displays
Swaddling should be stopped once baby shows sign of rolling over
